The 10 years I've spent on the business side of the table (in positions as a Venture Capitalist, Financial Analyst and launching businesses other than my law practice) give me a unique look at law from the perspetive of founders and entrepreneurs. I approach legal problems with practical solutions.. Whenever possible, I offer clients fixed-fee options to get aligned on what we are doing, why and what it will cost..
