Sam began his career at the New York County District Attorney’s Office, where he gained valuable trial and investigative experience. He has been practicing corporate and commercial law in Chicago since 2002 representing businesses and individuals in a wide range of areas including shareholder and partnership disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, theft of trade secrets, general employment matters, restrictive employment covenants (including non-competition and non-solicitation matters), commercial fraud, and unfair competition.
