I am the past president of the 22,000 member Chicago Bar Association (CBA) and founder of the Elder Law Committee of the CBA. I authored chapters on guardianship litigation and will contests for the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education and my firm was hired by the city of Chicago's Department on Aging to re-write the elder abuse and neglect act. I have been chosen as an Illinois Super Lawyer four years running and in 2007 was named "Jewish Chicagoan of the Year."
