His long record of trial success allows him to provide sound litigation advice as to both the merits of the case and the costs involved in bringing home a verdict.. Finally, he handles appeals, with success in the U.S. District Court (7th Circuit), and the Illinois Appellate Court in the 1st and 3rd Districts.. When not practicing law, he is very active in neighborhood issues. He is Vice President of the Streeterville Organization of Area Residents and also works for the Alderman Brendan Reilly's (42nd Ward) organization.
