Responsibility for all aspects of prosecution and defense of civil lawsuits, including first-chair responsibility. Cases include complex commercial litigation, products liability (medical devices, trucking and construction equipment, various other product lines), construction, serious personal injury and death, professional liability (legal and medical malpractice), premises liability, negligence, and labor and employment disputes.
