As a member of the Firm's Trusts & Estates Planning Group, he gives to Gordon Feinblatt and its clients extensive experience in complex tax and estate valuation issues, as well as a unique understanding of the problems faced by the closely-held business owner when planning his estate. He also has argued and won significant estate and income tax cases in the United States Tax Court.. Marc has written tax and estate-related articles for the Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Taxation, The Tax Advisor, Estate Planning, and Tax Notes, and is the author of the Tax Management Portfolio entitled Estate Tax Payments and Liabilities. He is general counsel to the Clinical Trials & Surveys Corporation. Marc is a Trustee of the Notre Dame of Maryland University, was President of the Board of Trustees of the McDonogh School, and serves on several charity and business investment committees and boards.
