This place is insane. I called and after a hour wait time on the phone a lady answers and pretends she can't hear me, then hangs up. I call again and wait 1 hour 15 mins. The person answers. Silence. I say hello. I get put back on hold with a hour and 7 min hold time. These people are cruel.
