Over the last thirty years, my full-service law firm and I have assisted thousands of individuals and companies in meeting their personal and professional goals, be it business consulting, negotiating or litigating.In addition to advising businesses on partnership and corporate law issues, I have significant legal and business expertise in real estate, construction and employment law.
