Mr. Pothitakis was a Board Member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Iowa State Bar Association from 2000 through 2002. He was a member of the Workers' Compensation Core Group of the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association from 1999 through 2001. Mr. Pothitakis has been a long-standing member of the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers Association.
