I’m Marshall Waller, a director and principal shareholder at Feinberg & Waller, APC, and a California Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS). For decades, I’ve represented clients in complex divorce, custody, support, and high-asset property matters, earning a reputation for strategic thinking and strong courtroom advocacy.. I hold an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell and have been named a Super Lawyer for over 15 years, including being ranked among the Top 100 Lawyers in Southern California. I am proud to be a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), honors reserved for the most respected leaders in the field. I’m also a Life Fellow of the American Bar Foundation, a distinction held by only 1% of U.S. attorneys, recognizing exemplary professional and public service.. Beyond the courtroom, I’m a legal educator and published author. I wrote Essentials of California Family Law, a study guide for CFLS candidates, and a law school textbook in the area of California Family Law, published by Aspen Publishers. I’ve taught law at the university level and have been a Continuing Education of the Bar (CEB) speaker for the Regents of the University of California.. I earned my B.A. with highest honors from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, my J.D. from Loyola Law School, and pursued postgraduate tax studies at USC and USD. I remain active in bar associations and give back through volunteer work, including as a mock trial coach for Teach Democracy.
