Early in my career, I spent too much time in litigation lamenting how destructive and unnecessarily costly trials were. I don't do that any more. I don't litigate, and I don't lament. I simply make sure to give clients good advice, early on, without blowing smoke or thumping my chest.. In my divorce and paternity practice, I help clients gain perspective, calm, and clarity as we walk through the process of re-constructing their lives. Whether in mediation sessions, collaborative law meetings, or daily discussions, I help clients create plans that mitigate much of the adversarial positioning and emotional damage common in the dissolution process.. I help clients divorce without drama.
