As an assistant prosecuting attorney, Nina tried approximately 45 felony cases, including murder, manslaughter, rape, armed robbery and drug-related issues. While working as an assistant corporation counsel, Nina litigated constitutional violations in state and federal courts. Nina also handled real estate matters, negotiating leases, development agreements and purchase agreements.. In addition, Nina handled complex product liability cases for domestic and foreign automotive manufacturers and advised clients regarding electronic discovery and Medicare matters.. Currently admitted to the United States District Court for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, Nina holds memberships with the State Bar of Michigan and the Federal Bar Association. Nina serves as a volunteer attorney for the Federal Pro Bono Council and was also recognized as a Top Lawyer in Commercial Litigation by DBusiness magazine in 2014.
