I am a commercial mediator and handle all types of business disputes, injury and death cases, probate/estate and trust conflicts, employment, real estate, business succession as well as community based disputes.. I have been cited as aone of theTop 50 Neutrals in the State of California. A "Legal Eagle" of the top attorneys by Inland empire Magazine and as a "Super Lawyer" in Southern California by Los Angeles Magazine.. I am a Distinguished Fellow, of The International Academy of Mediators, a Fellow, of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators, and certified by the International Mediation Institute. I am also a member of the Southern California Mediation Association and the California State Bar.. I have handled in excess of 5,000 mediations and arbitrations.
