For the past 22 years, I have dedicated my practice to the defense of professionals, including lawyers, real estate agents, appraisers, and title agents in litigation and before licensing authorities.  I am also a Board Certified Appellate Specialist and have handle 100s of appeals in both the state and federal courts.  I am rated AV-Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and have been recognized as one of Florida’s Legal Elite and Orlando’s Top Lawyers.  I practice in both state and federal trial courts as well as state and federal appellate courts.  I am very active in The Florida Bar having served as President of the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar, on the Board of Governors of The Florida Bar, Chair of the Appellate Court Rules Committee, and am the immediate past Chair of the Statewide Advertising Grievance Committee. I was recently reappointed by The Florida Bar to the At-Large seat on the Florida Realtor-Attorney Joint Committee.   I am the Immediate Past President of the Orange County Bar Association and a past President of the Orange County Bar Legal Aid Society.  In June of 2015, I received The Florida Bar Appellate Practice Section’s Pro Bono Award.  I am a proud graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles and the University of Notre Dame Law School.  Other than law, my passions are my family and triathlon.
