I have practiced almost exclusively criminal la for over 30 years and tried hundreds of cases from South Florida to New York and Los Angeles. There is no case that I will not face head on and have expanded my practice to include Federal litigation, going after Law Enforcement for illegal arrests as well as excessive force. I have great experience challenging search warrants, consent searches as well as warrantless home entries that have resulted in illegally obtained evidence.
