He is a member of the American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, St. Petersburg Bar Association, Pinellas County Trial Lawyers Association, and the Pinellas County Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and Phi Alpha Delta Fraternity..
