A large office building on the Embarcadero offering terrific views of the Bay and downtown from the higher floors.
Well located between the Ferry building and the Transamerica building, it is surrounded by nice garden which are open to public, with a great fountain. The lobby is clear and open, and my favorite part of the building is the “jungle” access from the ground floor with its escalators and huge vegetal walls.
