While at Cooley LLP and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, my practice consisted of company formations, venture capital financings, general corporate work and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to becoming an attorney, I was a consultant, working with clients to design strategic solutions to their business problems and to project manage the implementation of those solutions.. I founded Doyenne Corporate Law, PC to support entrepreneurs who want to create generational wealth and positively impact their communities through business ownership. Doyenne offers legal assistance with company formations, company funding, general corporate operational issues and company exits – all on a flat-fee or subscription-basis.
