Recently, Rachel represented a school bus driver in a disability claim and drafted the appellate brief that was instrumental in convincing the Eleventh Circuit to revive the driver’s claim. Rachel also played a critical role in the Eleventh Circuit’s revival of an age discrimination claim as well as a Title VII retaliation claim.. Before practicing employment law, Rachel was an Assistant District Attorney in Bronx, New York where she prosecuted misdemeanors and violent felonies.
