Steve’s personal life reflects an attitude of humility and perseverance, traits that his clients have come to recognize is a reflection of his law practice.  Steve enjoys being in a profession where he has the ability to make differences in people's lives every day.  With a keen interest in conserving his clients' financial and emotional exposure, Steve subscribes to an innovative, tenacious, and always the client-first representation.  He has earned the reputation amongst his peers as a tireless advocate for his clients.. Born into a family of modest means in the former Soviet Union, Steve early on developed a strong sense of community, compassion and a healthy commitment to resolve challenges.  As he matured into a young adult, Steve made the decision to dedicate his life and career to helping people who need a voice to speak for them.. Steve received his law degree from Western State University College of Law and is admitted to practice in all California Superior Courts and the United States District Court, Northern District of California.  Prior to attending college, Steve served in the United States Army Infantry, first serving in a mechanized unit in Berlin, Germany and later in an elite light infantry unit in Fort Benning, Georgia.
