My firm provides a variety of business services and consulting including corporate formation, negotiating commercial leases, franchise and joint venture agreements, non-compete agreement disputes and licensing agreements. As a trial attorney for over twenty (20) years I have had numerous succesful cases against individuals and insurance companies in serious personal injury and medical malpractice cases. I also have been sought in referral of personal injury cases by other law firms when negotiations have failed and litigation must be pursued. This mutually beneficial referral arrangement has resulted in providing extensive legal services to individuals and corporations in the local community.
