Kelly represents clients in both state and federal court, and has litigated appeals before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, as well as the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. Since 2012, Kelly has been recognized as a Wisconsin Rising Star in the area of Business Litigation.. Kelly’s experience includes:. During law school, Kelly was a Note and Comment Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review. Her Comment, “Get Cash Until Payday! The Payday-Loan Problem in Wisconsin,” was published in the 2006 Volume of the Wisconsin Law Review. She also participated in internships with the Wisconsin Department of Justice Civil Litigation Unit, the Consumer Law Litigation Clinic, and Judge John Coffey of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.. Kelly is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association and the Association for Women Lawyers.
