Victor’s criminal jury trial experience includes representing individuals charged with the following types of crimes: first-degree intentional homicide, attempted first-degree intentional homicide, first-degree sexual assault, child neglect resulting in death, homicide by intoxicated use of motor vehicle, public official accepting bribes, burglary, federal drug and gun cases, and sexual predator law.. In addition to jury trials, Victor has extensive experience in representing clients in administrative hearings.  These hearings typically involve claims of employment discrimination.  He has represented both employers and employees in claims relating to race discrimination, religious discrimination, sex discrimination, and disability discrimination.
