Nancy Davito is a civil litigator with an extensive background in all types of civil  litigation.  Ms. Davito is an experienced business transactions litigator and has defended commerical property owners in construction defect cases and premises liability matters. With over 26 years of experience, Ms. Davito has practiced law in Florida since 1990 and has been a resident of the Central Florida community for over 26 years.. Nancy Davito is a former managing partner of the Philadelphia based insurance defense firm Swartz Campbell, LLC. (Orlando location).  She is also a former member of  Boyette, Cummins & Nailos, PLLC . She is uniquely well suited for litigating first party insurance disputes.. Ms. Davito earned her B.A. Degree from the University of South Carolina and her J.D. Degree from the Oklahoma City University School of Law.  Ms. Davito is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Lake County Bar Association.  She is on the board of directors for Cornerstone Hospice.  Ms. Davito is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida and the Court of Federal Claims.
