My practice includes counseling clients on a variety of trusts and estate matters, including estate and tax planning, estate and trust settlement, and community property agreements. I also enjoy assisting clients with charitable planning from advising tax-exempt organizations on formation, application for exemption, compliance with federal and state tax exemption laws, and also with individual planned giving.. I graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Economics and then received my J.D. from Seattle University School of Law graduating cum laude. I was an editor of the Seattle University Law Review and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board. Currently, I am pursuing my Executive LLM degree in Taxation at New York University.
