I own and operate my own law firm and real estate brokerage firm right here in Emerald City, WA. I am licensed to practice in all state courts in KS, MO & WA, and federal courts in The United States District Courts- Western District and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.. I am a plaintiff's attorney at heart and represent victims of awful collisions and victims who do not have a voice in this Society. This love stemmed from my years of experience as a former Police Officer in Missouri.. My business experience includes litigating complex business transactions, landlord/tenant, commercial disputes, business torts, fraud, unfair competition, construction defect, and most of the exciting world of real estate law. I have been the real estate agent in well over 100 real estate transactions. I absolutely love what I do.. As a daughter of immigrant parents from Vietnam, I am passionate to help others. I am a Past-President of the Vietnamese American Bar Association (VABAW), which is a phenomenal minority bar association, and am active in a series of organizations. I frequently speak at local and national conventions including to state bar associations.. I believe I was born with an internal fire to help, protect, teach and serve my clients - all day every day.
