As a Public Defender, he handled hundreds of criminal cases; both misdemeanor and felony, and successfully litigated several felony and misdemeanor trials and pre-trial motions. Andrew has a passion for the law and defending his clients’ rights.. Andrew served honorably in the United States Marine Corps from 2004 to 2008 before utilizing his GI Bill to attend college. He graduated cum laude from Towson University where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Andrew attended Arizona State University – Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law where he twice earned the William C. Pedrick scholar award and completed the Maricopa County Public Defender’s Office clinic. During law school, he was active in both veteran and homeless legal assistance organizations.
