Daniel Leonetti is a Family Law attorney with the Baghdaserians Law Group. He  has been an attorney since 2011. Daniel grew up in Los Alamitos, attending Mater Dei High School.  He then attended Loyola Marymount University.. Daniel attended Whittier Law School in 2008. While at Whittier, he was a member of the trial advocacy honors board and a law clerk at the Orange County Public Defender’s Office. In 2010, Daniel graduated Whittier law school magna cum laude.. After law school, Daniel moved to Fresno where he represented minors and non-minor dependents involved in Dependency proceedings. In this role, Daniel advocated for various custody arraignments depending on the best interests of the individual minors he represented. Daniel’s caseload in Fresno consisted of simultaneously representing anywhere from 250-300 minor children.. Upon returning to Southern California, Daniel handled complex civil litigation for a firm in Long Beach, CA. He successfully negotiated settlement agreements in cases with allegations ranging from fraudulent real estate transactions, breach of contract, to wrongful termination.. In 2017, Daniel began practicing complex Family Law litigation.  He now practices exclusively in the family law arena.  Daniel’s experience representing minors has given him a unique perspective into family law custody disputes. His experience working in the realm of business litigation has been invaluable during cases in which a community interest in business entities is alleged.
