Mr. Engstrand then studied law at the University of the District of Columbia, again graduating with the honors distinction Magna Cum Laude. Graduating with honors from both universities demonstrates the time and energy Carl dedicates to the task at hand. Although living in the nation’s capital had its moments, Carl appreciates his return to Arizona. Here, Mr. Engstrand gets the opportunity to work directly with his clients and help counsel them through difficult situations. In advising clients, Carl focuses his practice solely on personal injury cases.
