Corrinne (“Cori”) primarily practices in the areas of creditor’s rights, commercial litigation with a focus in disputed real estate transactions, and employment law. Her creditor’s rights experience is both commercial and consumer although she primarily focuses her practice on commercial collections. As a component of that work, she has experience working through complex real estate title issues to assist in getting the creditor paid. Cori is well-versed in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, having represented institutional creditors for nearly the entirety of her practice. Cori is comfortable handling all aspects of these proceedings, ranging from pre-judgment complaints to post-judgment collection proceedings..
