After a long stint in prosecution, I started my law practice a short time after my grandmother passed away without a will.  She died of dementia, Alzheimer's Disease, which is the 6th leading cause of death for seniors claiming more lives than breast cancer and prostate cancer combined.  I was called to educate the community and help families avoid the tension and turmoil that ebbs from not planning the inevitable.
