At trial, the former president was represented by the named partner of a major California law firm.In 2014, Mohamad obtained a $700, settlement in a real estate fraud case just before trial; the highest pretrial offer made by the defense was $30,000. In 2013, Mohamad obtained the largest workplace-negligence jury verdict in the State of Georgia and a $395, settlement on behalf of clients injured in a motor vehicle accident. In 2012, Mohamad obtained a favorable settlement against Lowe’s Hardware in a breach of contract suit. In 2011, Mohamad successfully dismissed a $500 Million trade-secrets lawsuit brought by a major biotech company against a former employee on summary judgment; the case lingered for four years prior to Mohamad’s involvement.
