Emma D. Pinder joined Barney & Graham, LLC as an associate attorney in the summer of 2020. Before joining the firm, she practiced law in Denver for a couple of years, and ultimately decided to move back to Wyoming where the spirit of the West lives on. Emma then worked as an Assistant Public Defender for the State of Wyoming for a short while focusing on misdemeanor charges.. Prior to attending the University of Wyoming College of Law, Emma earned her Computer Engineering degree and a Master’s Degree with an emphasis in Information Technology. She worked in the IT field for several years before she became a business owner herself. To further her knowledge in general business matters, Emma went back to school and attained an MBA degree. Emma strives to solve legal problems while bringing about her clients’ understanding and alleviating their fears.. Emma practices in the areas of business and corporate law, real estate, contracts, commercial matters, family law, estate planning, civil litigation, criminal law, and immigration. Emma was born and raised in Qingdao, China, and she is a native Mandarin Chinese speaker. Emma is licensed to practice law in the State of Wyoming, Colorado, Florida and New York.
