John Aitchison
John Aitchison completed high school in three (3) years and graduated from the State University of New York at Albany with Honors before his 21st birthday. He earned his J.D. from Temple Law School, where he competed on the nationally ranked trial team. He has received awards for advocacy from the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American College of Trial Lawyers.. After graduating from law school, John served as an Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania for four (4) years. As an ADA, he prosecuted a wide variety of crimes, from misdemeanor drug arrests to DUI to capital murder cases. He has overseen complex wiretap investigations involving narcotics and gambling, and trained law enforcement officers regarding search and seizure, wiretaps, and DUI. Since leaving the District Attorney's Office, John's practice has focused on criminal defense, personal injury, and family law.
