Robert Balter
I am a sole proprietor and pride myself on paying ALOT of attention to client situations and circumstances. I prepare the legal instruments (wills, trusts and powers of attorney) and can prepare appropriate tax returns (federal and state) to report income, estates, gifts and inheritances. If necessary, I will also defend the returns before federal and state authorities, although we have not had much compliance activity. Indeed, we have not had an inheritance tax return audited since 1987.
