As a partner at Cowan Kirk Kattenhorn, Mr. Kirk is one of only two attorneys in the State of Washington to pass the Board Certification Exam by the National College for DUI Defense.  Bill was named a "Rising Star" by Washington Law and Politics in 2002 and 2003.
