She then decided to pursue a career in public interest law and became focused on child advocacy work while volunteering for TeamChild, a legal services organization dedicated to protecting the rights and education of at-risk youth.. In 1998, Charlotte started Cassady Law, focusing on youth advocacy and education law. Throughout her career, Charlotte has volunteered with and been a board member of various community organizations focused on ensuring rights and services for youth and their families.. Charlotte enjoys giving talks in the community on her areas of expertise.
