Since 1996, I have handled a wide variety of litigation matters, including contract disputes, ecommerce issues, business torts, securities claims, non-compete agreements, trade secrets, and litigation related to the constantly changing area of the internet and privacy laws. I am digitally literate, experienced with information privacy law, and constantly seeking ways to innovate and adapt. I practice in Washington and Arizona, where I served as an Assistant Attorney General.. The lawyers at Tierney & Correa are deeply experienced and well-respected in their fields. The firm was established in 1999 to provide high quality and cost-effective litigation and counseling services to a wide range of clients in the Pacific Northwest. Our clients include cities, counties, school districts, tribal entities, and non-profit organizations, as well as private companies and individuals. Our lawyers are admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Wisconsin and Illinois, and the United States Supreme Court.. We utilize a cooperative team approach to case management, emphasizing ongoing communications with clients and continuing evaluation of goals, strategies, and options for resolution. Our goal is to advance our clients’ interests through the most efficient and cost-effective means possible.
