Henry Dixon is the Managing Principal of DixonHall.  Prior to forming the firm, Hank was General Counsel for AIS, a satellite communications company.  In addition to the communications industry, he also has private sector experience in the energy industry and has worked on Wall Street.  He served as Senior Counsel at Shell Oil and Shell WindEnergy, as a Vice President at Talisman Energy, USA and as a Vice President at JPMorgan Chase.  Before moving to the private sector, Hank held senior level positions in federal and state government.  He worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC and served as Legislative Director and Legislative Counsel to three Members of the United States House of Representatives.  While on Capitol Hill, he worked on Energy and Commerce and Small Business Committee issues.  He has worked with non-profits and other organizations and has engaged in Pro-Bono legal work at the Southwest Legal Clinic in Seattle.. Hank's experience working in Fortune 100 companies, small and mid-sized businesses, non-profits as well as government, has provided him with a unique perspective for providing legal services and advice to clients.  He understands businesses and other organizations challenges and he understands how to work with the federal and state governments.  He works as a partner to achieve business and organization goals as well as providing sound legal advice and guidance.
