Court of Appeals and the D.C. Circuit; and directed more than 100 Grand Jury investigations.. Before joining the U.S. Attorney's Office, Justin handled a diverse array of civil and criminal litigation at Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis LLP, where he represented clients before tribunals ranging from state and federal courts to the NCAA. Early in his career, Justin served as an Honors Program Trial Attorney in the Civil Rights Division of the United States Department of Justice, where he focused on religious-freedom and housing-discrimination cases.
