Penelope grew up in Fort Calhoun, Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Penelope graduated from the University of California – Hastings College of the Law, in 2000 and served as a Pro Se Law Clerk for Eastern District of California, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for the United States Federal Court. Penelope has practiced law in Boise, Idaho since 2003.. Penelope is known for her advocacy, compassion and dedication to her clients’ interests and goals.
