Most recently, Ms. Kling served as Legal Director of the DC Volunteer Lawyers Project where, in addition to being responsible for the oversight of legal issues and attorney training programs, she represented clients in custody, divorce, civil protection order and child support proceedings. Ms. Kling previously had a private family law practice in which she represented adults and children in the District of Columbia and Maryland, including custody, divorce, child support, neglect, adoption and guardianship matters. Prior to practicing family law, Ms. Kling was a partner at Baach Robinson and Lewis, an associate at Wilmer Cutler & Pickering, and a judicial clerk for the Honorable James A. Belson of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
