Mr. Clarke has amassed a considerable range of legal experience, having litigated extensively in the state and federal courts in New York. His cases have ranged from commercial disputes involving businesses to construction law personal injury matters. When not in the courtroom, Mr. Clarke has counseled numerous clients through complex transactions varying from business divorces, real estate deals to estate planning.
