Justin is a graduate of UC Berkeley and Stockton-based Humphreys College, Laurence Drivon School of Law. He has spent his entire career as an attorney in the area of Workers' Compensation.. After representing employers and insurance companies in the defense of workers' compensation claims for several years, Justin elected to resign his employment in representing the defendants and now exclusively represents injured workers in the Sacramento and San Joaquin Valleys.. Electing to represent injured workers rather than billion-dollar insurance companies was an easy choice. Generally, there is little satisfaction in saving huge corporate insurance companies thousands of dollars. However, helping (oftentimes frustrated and overwhelmed) injured workers navigate the workers’ compensation system and making sure they get the medical treatment and benefits they deserve is very satisfying.. On a more personal level, Justin lives in Elk Grove, CA, with his wife and two young sons. He’s an avid baseball fan (SF Giants and Cal Bears), has a considerable amount of international travel under his belt, and loves red wine and American literature.
