Nazmeen Salfarlie has practiced law in New York since 1998. After obtaining her Law Degree in a Commonwealth country, she sat for the Bar Examinations in New York and was called to the New York Bar in 1998.. Nazmeen spent the first years of her career in a matrimonial law firm in Nassau County, New York.  She would thereafter join a commercial litigation firm and later on would go on to form her own law firm and has been at the current location at 88-18 Sutphin Blvd., Jamaica NY (opposite the Queens County Supreme Court) for 17 years.. Nazmeen has, over the last 10 years or so, concentrated her practice in foreclosure /Real Estate/landlord and tenant and matrimonial law.  She also does a small general practice in uncontested Probate/Estates. Her clients are an eclectic mix.  Her clients enjoy her directness, experience and inimitable style and approach. She is candid and upfront with her clients and grounded in reality.. As general counsel to so many of her clients, she serves, not just as lawyer, but as strategic advisor, as well. They rely on her for advice they might not otherwise get as she brings to the table a great effort in negotiating deals and avoiding the excessive costs of litigation with fantastic results.
