Having been a practicing attorney for over 20 years, Mr. Holihan has represented a wide variety of clients on various legal matters. A founding member of Holihan & Associates, P.C., his New York City based practice was involved with varied legal matters for firefighters and their families in the wake of the 9/11 attacks. Mr. Holihan is a firefighter disabled as a result of injuries sustained in the 9/11 attacks. He personally knows the hardship firefighters faced and continue to face in connection with the issues that arise from the 9/11 attacks.. Mr. Holihan is a skilled litigator and has expertise in the areas of firefighter injury cases and commercial litigation..
