Attorney Bell earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2001.  He was awarded a Masters of Law in Tax with a concentration in Estate Planning from Boston University in May 2017.  Attorney Bell received a Masters of Business Administration in Management from Baruch College, City University of New York in 1997 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Pace University – Lubin School of Business in 1986.  Mr. Bell attended Franklin D. Roosevelt High School, Brooklyn, New York and graduated with Regents Honors in 1983.. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Bell worked for American International Group member companies (AIG) for 14 ½ years in various positions in systems, operations and management.  He was also enlisted in the United States Army Reserve for 17 ½ years, until honorably separated for a service related exacerbation of an existing injury.  Mr. Bell obtained the rank of Staff Sergeant.  During his time in the United States Army Reserve, he received the Army Commendation Medal with Second Oak Leaf Cluster, Army Reserve Components Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal (2nd Award), Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal with “M” Device, Noncommissioned Officer’s Professional Development Ribbon with Numeral 2, Army Service Ribbon, and the Expert Marksmanship Qualification Badge with Rifle Bar.. Glenn D. Bell, Esq. is involved in his community.  He is currently a member of the Bleeker J.H.S. 185 School Leadership Team (SLT), a member of District 25’s Middle School Academic Advisory Committee, a Trustee of St. Ann Roman Catholic Church and the merged Mary’s Nativity-St. Ann Parish in Flushing.  Mr. Bell was the Acting Chairman of the Kissena Corridor Advisory Board looking at the viability of the Catholic Schools of St. Ann, Mary’s Nativity and St. Michael’s Church.  Glenn D. Bell, Esq. is a former Cubmaster, Assistant Scoutmaster and Auxiliary Police Officer.  He was also involved in Republican politics in Brooklyn, where he was President of the Brooklyn Young Republican Club, member of the Board of Governors of the Edmund G. Seergy Republican Club and Chairman of the Nominations Committee of the Kings County Republican County Committee.  Glenn D. Bell, Esq. has been a candidate for the New York State Senate and the New York State Assembly, and worked on many other campaigns.. Attorney Bell is currently a member of the Knights of Columbus (4th Degree) – Baron DeKalb Council # 1073, the American Legion – Continental Post 1424 and the Disabled American Veterans.  He is also a member of the Queens County Bar Association, the Brooklyn Bar Association and the Federal Bar Council.
