Brianne joined her former firm, The Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya in 2009, upon graduating from The University of Denver College of Law and immediately began her litigation career. While associated with The Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya, she tried jury trials, handled hundreds of mediations and depositions, negotiated countless six-figure settlements for clients, and pursued her clients’ rights to receive compensation for their medical bills, lost wages, and the pain and suffering they have endured. Brianne created the personal injury litigation department there and was the head of the litigation department for over 8 years. She also spent several years at the Law Offices of Dianne Sawaya practicing workers' compensation.. She was first drawn to law because of her keen interest with the criminal justice system and crime investigation. Growing up, she wanted to be a criminal lawyer. In pursuit of that goal, she graduated from the University of Wyoming with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. However her perspective changed, as she became an adult and found that she was much better suited for civil law. While attending law school, Brianne spent three years as a Law Clerk and Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal for one of Denver’s largest personal injury firms.
