My practice has been geared toward assisting others in resolving disputes and legal issues so they can get back to living their lives - moving on. Problems are merely a moment in time. Most of the cases I handle are resolved by mediation and settlement negotiations in all areas of law I practice (call to inquire). It helps the parties reduce costs in court fees and attorney's fees. For example: In divorces (especially with children involved), settlement is much better than litigating and engaging in a bitter fight. All cases are different, so sometimes litigation and trial are necessary. My experience is that most cases do not require trial, but parties need help sorting out the issues and evidence, knowing what is allowed and not allowed (the law and procedure), where to find help (additional resources), and other issues. The result - a savings of money and reduced sleepless nights!.
