Prior to becoming an Attorney, Albert was a fifteen year veteran of a local police department and knows the law of search and seizure, stop and arrest, detentions, use of force, and how crimes are investigated and prosecuted. Since his retirement as a police officer, he has practiced law for over 15 years in the community. Albert’s perspective and training as a police officer gave him special insight into custody disputes, restringing orders, domestic violence, and police misconduct matters.. Workers' Compensation is our main area of practice. Our staff has nearly 30 years of experience in Workers' Compensation.
